To apply for a Nigerian visa, you typically need the following:

  1. Completed Visa Application Form: Available on the Nigerian Immigration Service website (Nigeria Immigration Portal).
  2. Valid Passport: Must have at least six months’ validity from the date of entry and at least two blank pages.
  3. Passport-Sized Photograph: Recent, colored, and meeting official specifications.
  4. Visa Fee Payment Receipt: Evidence of payment as generated during the online application process.
  5. Invitation Letter: An official invitation from the NADPA-RAPDP Conference organizers, including details of the event and applicant’s participation.
  6. Evidence of Accommodation: Hotel booking confirmation or address of your intended stay in Nigeria.
  7. Flight Itinerary: Confirmed return ticket showing travel dates.
  8. Proof of Financial Means: Bank statements or a letter of sponsorship.

The Nigerian government offers a Visa on Arrival (VOA) program for eligible international participants. This service is available to delegates attending the NADPA-RAPDP Conference and AGM 2025 under the following conditions:
