- Embassy Visa
- Visa on Arrival (VOA) Option
For attendees who prefer to obtain a visa before traveling, the Embassy Visa is the recommended option. This process involves applying through the nearest Nigerian embassy or consulate in their country of residence. The steps typically include: submitting your visa application; providing necessary documents (such as proof of conference registration, at least six (6) months valid international passport, financial statements etc.), and attending an interview if required. The processing time for an embassy visa can vary, so we recommend applying well in advance of your travel date.
For some nationalities, a Visa on Arrival (VOA) is available. This option allows attendees to obtain their visa directly upon arrival at the airport in Nigeria. The process typically includes providing necessary documents (such as proof of conference registration, at least six (6) months valid international passport, letter of invitation, flight itinerary etc.) and submitting your visa application. Please note that, once approved, the VOA requires applicants to travel to Nigeria within two (2) weeks; failure to do so will result in the visa becoming invalid. We strongly recommend ensuring accuracy of all details provided during the application process, as submitting incorrect information may lead to delay or disapproval. To ensure smooth approval for a Visa on Arrival, we strongly advise applicants to apply for this option, two (2) weeks before the conference date via the link: https://voa.immigration.gov.ng
We recommend checking the specific visa requirements for your nationality and selecting the most appropriate option based on your circumstances. For further assistance, please contact our visa team via nadpa@ndpc.gov.ng or the Nigerian embassy/consulate.
We look forward to your participation in the conference!
